2 Ball Dribbling
These drills help for cordination and speed.
Setup
- two balls per person
- players lineup along baseline
- half the group goes first
Rules
- balls are below your knee
- eyes on the rim
- speed is not essential, skill development
Instructions
- player dribbles two balls down to the the side of the court keeping the ball below their knees
- player dribbles down with alternating 1,2,1,2 bounce.
- player dribbles on the way back bouncing the both balls at the same time.
- second time through
- player bounces the ball and walks backwards and keeps the ball below their knees
- alternative
- sit legs straight, alternate, together etc
